I didn't go to the infamous cup tie, but I am sure there are others who will add their memories of that one.
However, my memories of the last couple of games at Ninian Park, were mainly based on heightened tensions! Dave Jones came in for a hell of a lot of stick based on um.................. previous unsubstantiated allegations that he was found not guilty of.............. This culminated in a chant of 'Istanbul' from the Cardiff 'fans' to our right, followed by a surge of Leeds fans that carried us towards them. Handbags ensued.
On one occasion, one of our members who shall remain nameless, was involved in a bit of 'hand gesturing' to a group of Cardiff fans who we overtook on the M4. They overtook us and repaid the favour and vice versa for about 10 miles before the Severn Bridge. When we both reached the toll booth at the same time, Mr X attempted to alight the Minibus and take it a bit further, but was restrained by the other passengers. The memory of the Cardiff bunches faces, wracked with fear, makes me smile to this day!
Oh, and on the footballing front, one of the best Penalty saves I have ever seen by Casper Ankegren.

we had similar on our first game of the season against norwich where a cardiff fan over took us on the right and his mate gave us a shake the coffee bean gesture only for the motorway to hit a queue. As our driver pulled up alongside with a bottle of magners in hand the bloke face was a picture as his bottom lip quivered and mates obviously not too pleased with him.
